Security
When you register your credit or debit card on the UTU app, your card number will be encrypted with bank-level security on your mobile phone and transmitted securely to our UTU servers. The UTU app does not store your card details on your mobile phone. Card details are tokenized to protect and prevent any security breach.
Verification
To prevent the use of unauthorized credit or debit cards, we will initiate a one-time charge of THB1.00 to verify that your card is authorized when you register it on the UTU app. The charge will be reversed. Once we have verified your card, you can start earning points when you use the verified card at UTU merchants.
